Lead post-implementation reviews to capture impact and learnings. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in business analysis or strategic delivery. Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) or commercial insurance. Advanced understanding of insurance workflows, products, and systems. Proven track record supporting strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence.
