Healthcare Project Coordinator

📋 Description Coordinate start-up for clinical trials across site network. Support high-volume patient visits and study activity in a busy clinic. Communicate with sites nationwide; adapt as study needs evolve. Manage deadlines, priorities, and ad hoc requests across multiple studies. Provide consistent communication with sponsors, CROs, and internal stakeholders throughout start-up. Deliver materials, summaries, and operational support to launch studies. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. 1+ year of professional experience. Strong organization, communication, and time management in healthcare/clinical research. Onsite Monday–Friday; local candidates preferred.
