📋 Description Own product strategy/roadmap for financial, warehouse, inventory, and order systems. Partner with senior leaders; apply AI-first mindset to product and tech. Coach and grow PMs/POs into Builder PMs using AI in daily work. Shape architecture, sequencing, bets with the tech team. Lead cross-functional efforts for international expansion. 🎯 Requirements 14+ years in product management, including director-level experience. AI-first mindset; track record applying AI to products and operations. Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and shipping. Build trusted relationships with senior partners; translate needs into work. Experience shaping product architecture and long-term strategy with Engineering.
