📋 Description Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity apps. Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Collaborates with stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities. Researches and proposes AI-driven solutions to accelerate the SDLC. Promotes IT standards and DevOps practices to deliver quality software. Participates in peer reviews and shares knowledge from projects. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of software development experience. Strong OOP and functional programming understanding. Solid design patterns and clean code (SOLID, MVVM). Proficient in Ruby, Rails, RSpec; Ruby tooling; SQL.
