IT Technician

📋 Description Level 1 & 2 IT tasks; prepare computers for new joiners; troubleshoot software/hardware. Improve employee IT experience via support, deployments, and daily IT activities. Maintain core IT systems and operations (OS, security tools, apps). Track and maintain hardware and software inventory. Ensure meeting rooms and VC systems function properly.
