📋 Description Schedule all technical staff (pre-sales, support, data/telephony, installs/projects) Confirm daily task completion by engineers Identify remote monitoring events and customer emails; assign tasks Oversee backup failure reporting; schedule follow-ups; escalate as needed Ensure updates completed within 12 days of release Maintain project lists, logs, assets, diagrams, and docs 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in a customer service role 5+ years using technology in a business environment 2-year college degree or equivalent coursework in business and accounting Ability to pass online math, typing, and spelling tests Sit 8 hours, keyboard and phone use; able to bend and carry Insurable driving record with valid license and proof of auto insurance
