📋 Description Manage and grow donor portfolio across corporate, foundation, and individual donors. Prepare grant proposals, donor reports, and strategic communications. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align donor priorities. Lead fundraising ops: CRM data, donor records, gift processing, workflows. Coordinate donor events and cross-functional projects; support budgeting and reporting. Analyze fundraising performance and donor metrics to drive improvements. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in fundraising, donor relations, and partnerships. Grant writing, donor reports, and strategic messaging expertise. Excellent project management with cross-functional, international teams. Strong English communication; simplify complex information.
