Make hard technical tradeoffs: quality, latency, cost, reliability. Design for human-in-the-loop agentic systems; balance human control. Run the eval and learning loop; define evals and translate results. Work directly with customer teams; test hypotheses with customers. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years PM, 2+ yrs AI/ML/LLM products; startup exp preferred. Engineering depth: read code, API design, system architecture, prompt engineering. AI Fluency: LLM APIs, embeddings, vector stores, evaluation. Player-Builder Mentality: prototype, write, ship; dogfood AI tools. Outcome-Driven Mindset: CSAT, engagement, and conversion focus. Hacker Spirit: solve hard, ambiguous problems with curiosity.
