📋 Description Lead development of agent pipelines and grow junior engineers. Architect modular agent SDKs with safety and robust fallbacks. Design tracing tools and dashboards for performance and quality. Own the agent lifecycle—from chaining to CI/CD and production rollout. Collaborate with security/ops for governance and auditability; mentor teammates. Tackle cross-stack problems across frontend (React/TS), GraphQL, and Python. 🎯 Requirements Built and deployed AI driven workflows with LangChain and LangGraph. 5+ years of software engineering building and scaling production systems. Strong API design, system performance, and software architecture. Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or Python; familiarity with React.
