📋 Description Drive discovery using cell models, imaging-based screens, and genomic screens. Lead innovation in disease-relevant cell models, screening, and assay development. Design bioassays and phenotypic screens to study target biology. Be SME for high-throughput drug discovery strategies and CRO oversight. Cultivate and mentor a 20+ scientist team. Collaborate with ML, automation, and biology teams to advance the platform. 🎯 Requirements Graduate degree in biology, chemistry, or biochemistry, or equivalent. 12-15+ years in pharma/biotech industry. Experience leading assay development and screening with high-throughput workflows and automation. Extensive experience with cellular, biochemical, and imaging-based assays. Deep expertise in disease-relevant cell-based models and assays.
