Territory Manager

📋 Description Drive performance, profitability, and growth of TOMRA's container return network across Victoria. Coordinate contractors, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes. Monitor site performance, uptime, and container return volumes. Build relationships with contractors, site hosts, landlords, partners and stakeholders. Identify growth opportunities and initiatives to enhance customer experience and network performance. Champion safety and WHS compliance across all sites. 🎯 Requirements Passionate about safety and sustainability. Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Leadership & Management, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Solid operational experience with proven ability to drive performance and prioritise safety.
