📋 Description Manage initial rollouts and expansions for customers Own implementation from kickoff to go-live Build detailed project plans; ensure on-time, on-budget deployments Map customers' scientific workflows to Benchling solutions Lead workshops, data modeling, configuration, and UAT Train and onboard users; drive adoption and success 🎯 Requirements MS or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, or related field 2+ years in lab or R&D; ideally antibody discovery or process development Software implementation experience, SaaS preferred Strong communication with scientists, IT leads, and executives Self-starter; able to succeed in a startup environment Fluent or native proficiency in French
