PMO Analyst

📋 Description Gather, analyze, and interpret portfolio data to support decisions. Support portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, and alignment with objectives. Develop dashboards and reports on progress, risks, opportunities, and metrics. Track benefits realization to ensure measurable business value. Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across initiatives. Assist with scheduling, resource tracking, and maintaining accurate project data. 🎯 Requirements 3-6+ years in PMO, project management, or portfolio support. Experience in consulting, transformation, or complex projects (advantage). Strong analytical skills: data analysis, metrics, reporting, and visualization. Proficient with Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Power BI. Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
