📋 Description Lead end-to-end data management across global trials. Provide leadership and oversight to data management teams. Act as primary data management contact for sponsors. Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor progress. Develop and maintain Data Management Plans and files. Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or nursing, or equivalent. 5+ years in clinical data management in pharma/biotech/medical devices. Strong CDM practices, methodologies, and tools. Knowledge of CRFs, SAPs, and study reports. Experience leading cross-functional study teams.
