Senior Product Manager - Marketplace

📋 Description Own marketplace dynamics between General contractors and Subcontractors. Balance supply and demand; build liquidity on both sides. Own search, matching and recommendation mechanisms for Subcontractors and projects. Analyze marketplace metrics and translate into hypotheses and priorities. Identify AI use cases for matching and recommendations with designers/engineers. 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years of product management in multi-sided marketplaces. Experience balancing supply and demand and conflicting interests. Experience with search or matching algorithms or ranking/recommendation logic. Strong analytical skills and understanding of liquidity, conversion, and network effects. Experience using AI tools like LLM-based assistants and no-code prototyping.
