📋 Description Identify talent meeting client requirements. Build relationships with Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders. Analyze position requirements based on client specs. Source passive candidates through multiple channels. Screen candidates and pre-screen for fit. Maintain timely candidate interaction records. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree with transcripts; no backlogs. 0–1 year recruitment experience in engineering & sciences (preferred). 0–1 year experience in customer support, sales, or recruitment.
