Wallet Custody Operations Director

📋 Description Own end-to-end custody and wallet ops for the exchange. Bridge operations, security, compliance, and engineering. Ensure assets are safe, accessible, and correctly accounted. Role requires deep blockchain knowledge and regulatory awareness. Leads cross-functional teams across Wallet Ops, Security and Compliance. 🎯 Requirements 4-8+ years in digital assets, crypto exchange, or custody. Strong understanding of blockchain mechanics: UTXO vs account-based. Hands-on with Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo, Ceffu, or similar. Familiarity with key ceremony procedures, cold storage operations. Exposure to regulated entity requirements (CMA, MICA, VARA, etc.). SOP authorship, incident management, and reconciliation discipline.
