📋 Description Own iPSC-CM models to study cardiovascular disease. Design/execute experiments; optimize differentiation and assay workflows. Collaborate with ML, computational biology, and chemists to link phenotypes to mechanisms. Based in South San Francisco; onsite 5 days/week. 🎯 Requirements Ph.D. in cell biology, bioengineering, cardiac physiology, or related field; 3+ years industry experience. Hands-on iPSC culture, cardiac differentiation, and iPSC-CM characterization in 2D/3D. Genetic disease modeling with CRISPR isogenic lines. Strong cardiovascular biology knowledge. High-content imaging experience and image-analysis pipelines.
