📋 Description Partner with product, design, and engineering during development. Lead testing efforts on our most important product initiatives. Investigate difficult issues, identify edge cases, and improve testing. Design thoughtful test plans and catch issues before users. Improve testing through better tooling, automation, and practices. Reproduce issues, perform root-cause analysis, and verify fixes before release. 🎯 Requirements Several years of experience testing software used by people. Ability to understand product behavior, not just pass/fail. Comfort investigating subtle bugs and entire user flows. Strong collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers. Commitment to quality and testing throughout development. Experience with Claude Code and Cursor in workflow.
