Production Coordinator

📋 Description Seek input from Line Producer/Production Managers & Supervisors to set milestones and deliveries. Work closely with heads of departments to assign tasks and briefs. Coordinate and track the progress of deliverables and targets. Resolve impasses between teams and departments; communicate resolutions. Update and maintain data in Shotgun. Attend team and client briefings, take notes and relay outcomes. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 2 years feature film VFX experience. Strong communication and attention to detail. Accurate note taking and database entry skills. Solid Shotgun experience. Scheduling complex and multi-faceted projects; MS Project desirable. Proactive problem-solving; willingness to learn the VFX production pipeline.
