Technology Operations Manager (Nightshift)

📋 Description Lead and develop a global Technology Operations team; coach and grow skills. Drive workforce planning, hiring, and resource allocation for optimal capacity. Act as Manila site leader; align with global stakeholders. Serve as primary escalation point for technical issues and risks. Develop capability and embed global standards and best practices. Ensure direct reports meet SLA and EBR targets; monitor and drive improvements. 🎯 Requirements BA/BS in Business or Technical field preferred. 2-3 years leadership experience required. Previous VMS experience required. Proficiency with MS Office (Copilot, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Willing to work night shift; hybrid setup in Ortigas Pasig. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and guide decisions across time zones.
