Experience building AI agents or using LLM APIs to boost productivity. Proven track record managing planning cycles and OKRs for tech teams. Experience with Jira/Linear and Notion/Confluence, plus Slack/GSuite basics. Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex changes.
