Systems Analyst II

📋 Description Plan, develop, test, and implement IT system solutions. Improve Health Plan HEDIS quality measures. Translate business needs into technical specifications. Analyze requirements; design data architectures and ETL flows. Collaborate with functional analysts to translate requirements into designs. Support production, enhancements, and projects. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years data analysis in health plan quality. 5+ years relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle). 3+ years in healthcare domains (Member/Provider/Claims). Experience writing complex queries and tuning SQL. 5+ years data profiling and analyzing large datasets. Excellent ERD understanding and translating requirements. 🎁 Benefits Contract position with 1+ year engagement. On-site role in Southfield, MI. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
