📋 Description Conduct video consultations with patients via telemedicine. Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medications as appropriate. Coordinate treatment planning with UpLift's network of therapists. Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold UpLift's clinical standards. Share product and workflow feedback with UpLift's engineering and operations teams. 🎯 Requirements At least 1 year of experience as a PMHNP. Active medical license in good standing. Comfortable prescribing medications per state law. Skilled with online tools to deliver virtual care. Telemedicine experience is a plus.
