📋 Description Lead monthly/quarterly financial reporting and enterprise results. Design scalable FP&A processes delivering decision-ready insights. Partner with ops and asset mgmt to drive strategy. Build and manage Managers and Analysts; develop leadership depth. Drive cross-functional initiatives to scale FP&A. Strengthen enterprise reporting with data-driven frameworks. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of leadership in multifamily finance/asset mgmt. Proven FP&A team leadership and mentoring experience. Deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital markets. Ability to influence decisions across finance functions. Excel and PowerPoint mastery; strong accounting/finance fundamentals. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Stats/Math; CFA/CPA/CMA preferred. 🎁 Benefits Base salary $160,000-$180,000 plus annual bonus.
