Product Manager - Data & Analytics

📋 Description Define and own the Data & Analytics roadmap for Embedded Payments. Own merchant-facing reporting: dashboards, settlement reports, reconciliation, and cohorts. Define self-service analytics for SaaS BMS via APIs or embeddable components. Work with Design and Engineering to build intuitive, performant data experiences. Establish feedback loops to improve analytics utility and product stickiness. Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Commercial, and Engineering to align KPI definitions and standards. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years PM experience, with 2+ years leading data/analytics in fintech/payments. Strong understanding of payment data flows: settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks. Hands-on SQL proficiency to validate data and investigate anomalies. Experience with Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau, and Metabase. Translate ambiguous problems into well-scoped data products with clear metrics. Knowledge of data governance and fintech data quality, incl GDPR/PDPA.
