📋 Description Develop and optimize arrayed screening assays in 96- and 384-well formats. Design cell-based screening workflows using immortalized, primary, or iPSC-derived models. Support small-molecule and genetic screening, including assay development and validation. Scale assays with liquid handlers and platforms (Echo, Hamilton, Bravo, Tecan). Analyze screening data with statistics/visualization; identify trends. Collaborate with ML and data science teams for reproducible model-ready datasets. 🎯 Requirements PhD in cell biology, molecular biology, or related field; 2–5 years post-PhD. Hands-on experience with cell-based assays in high-throughput formats. Experience with high-content imaging and quantitative readouts. Strong mammalian cell culture skills across immortalized/primary/stem-cell systems. Familiarity with cloning, CRISPR, transgene expression, qPCR.
