Data Quality Lead

📋 Description Lead investigations into data quality issues and root causes. Develop and maintain data quality controls, reviews, SOPs. Create reporting frameworks and metrics to monitor data health. Leverage automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve accuracy. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement solutions. Build and mentor a team of data quality analysts as we scale. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, or related fields. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis. Proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, and BI/reporting tools. Experience designing and improving data processes, quality controls, and workflows. Familiarity with automation tools, AI-assisted workflows, or human-review systems.
