Service Technician - Capri North and South

📋 Description Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members. Follow AIR's process to complete basic apartment turns. Perform repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances). May mentor other Maintenance Technicians and train staff. Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections. Responsibilities vary with team skill, community needs, and season. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably facilities. Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry). Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests. Comfort with physical activity; able to move heavy equipment.
