📋 Description Provide strategic leadership for statistical programming deliverables. Serve as senior technical expert on CDISC SDTM/ADaM and data submissions. Partner with Biometrics Lead to define long-term programming strategy and talent development. Drive SOPs, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality. Oversee CROs and external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables. Ensure programming activities and documentation are inspection-ready per ICH/GCP. 🎯 Requirements Deep expertise in statistical programming in biotech/pharma. Proven track record leading programming strategy for clinical development; oncology preferred. Expert SAS and CDISC SDTM/ADaM for regulatory submissions (NDA/BLA). Substantial CRO/vendor management, governance, relationships. Strong leadership: mentoring and cross-functional influence.
