📋 Description Lead participant engagement across five sites from recruitment to follow-up. Manage day-to-day data management in REDCap. Coordinate site referral pipelines to recruit participants. Screen eligibility and obtain informed consent by phone. Complete REDCap enrollment and baseline data entry. Conduct follow-up outreach at 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks. 🎯 Requirements Master's degree in social work, public health, community health, psychology, or related field. 2+ years direct experience with people experiencing SUD, homelessness, justice involvement, or related contexts. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with participants. Persistence with high-volume outreach via phone and email. Deep commitment to harm reduction and improving health and dignity of people who use drugs.
