📋 Description Develop and execute procurement category strategies across enterprise spend. Lead end-to-end sourcing: RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracts. Manage supplier relationships, governance, and opportunities for consolidation. Drive total cost of ownership improvements and policy compliance. Lead procurement transformation initiatives, including AI-driven intake-to-pay adoption. Design and optimize procurement workflows and user experiences. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of experience in procurement category leadership. 3+ years of people management experience. Strong negotiation skills with proven cost savings. Deep knowledge of procurement best practices, category management, and contracting. Experience with end-to-end S2P processes and procurement transformation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across executive teams. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary range of $112,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on factors.
