Compositing Supervisor

📋 Description Lead a 2D compositing team and ensure quality/continuity. Assign 2D shots with production on deadlines; optimize the 2D pipeline. Oversee tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, matte extraction. Provide clear, actionable feedback to artists; solve technical issues. Interface with CGI, roto, and matte painting teams for integration. Manage shot progress and budgeting; mentor team. 🎯 Requirements Expert knowledge of Nuke and compositing tools. Deep color pipeline mastery (LUTs, DI). Experience in project management and artist oversight. Leadership: train/mentor a team of artists. Keying, rotoscoping, tracking, and grain management. On-set supervision helpful but not required.
