📋 Description Own all aspects of Security, Privacy, and Compliance across the company. Develop and enforce security and privacy policies; ensure org-wide compliance. Lead cybersecurity incident response and continuous risk assessment programs. Partner with executive team to align security strategy with business goals. Oversee compliance with GLBA, FFIEC, SOC 2, and other frameworks. Lead security initiatives for AI-powered products and cloud infrastructure. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years cybersecurity leadership in financial services. AI & Generative AI security mindset: securing AI platforms/LLM workflows. Cloud security expertise: AWS, IAM, network and container security. Security architecture & DevSecOps: security-by-design across APIs, microservices, CI/CD. Data security & privacy engineering: encryption, IAM, threat modeling.
