📋 Description Manage the release renewal process: generate offers, prepare lease documents, finalize paperwork. Process Notices to Vacate and ensure accurate documentation. Support onsite teams by handling resident inquiries and inbox requests. Assist with post move-out processes and ensure internal compliance. Maintain accurate records and resolve data discrepancies. Collaborate with community teams to deliver a seamless resident experience. 🎯 Requirements 1–3 years of customer service, admin, or operations experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning new systems and data entry.
