📋 Description Source, vet, and onboard creators who fit Earth Rated brand. Maintain and grow an organized creator pipeline using AI tools. Own the creator database: current, tagged, and actionable. Manage creator contracts end-to-end and be the main contact for creators. Oversee seeding and gifting workflows; keep campaigns organized. Build and maintain creator performance reports using AI. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or similar. Experience managing multi-partner workflows end-to-end—contracts, timelines. Hands-on fluency with AI tools for research, reporting, automation. Strong organizational systems instincts; build missing processes. Excellent written communication to brief creators and update managers.
