Data Analyst - Asset Management

📋 Description Analyze portfolio and financial data to identify risks and opportunities. Develop and improve dashboards, reports, and tools for portfolio management. Clean, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems for accuracy. Deliver recurring reports for senior leaders, investors, lenders, and regulators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, business admin, or related field. About 3 years of relevant experience in asset management or related fields. Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, PRAC) is a plus. Strong Excel skills and data viz tools like Power BI or Tableau. Experience with Power Query, pivot models, macros/VBA, SQL, or similar tools.
