IT Compliance & Controls Analyst

📋 Description Test ITGC, information security, and QMS controls. Evaluate control design and remediation gaps. Assist audits with evidence collection and coordination. Partner with Engineering, Security, Product, Risk, and Quality. Monitor compliance metrics, SLAs, risks, and actions. Develop dashboards and reports on control performance. 🎯 Requirements 2-4 years in IT Compliance, IT Audit, ITGC, Risk, or QMS. Hands-on ITGC and security controls (access, identity, SDLC, change). Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, audits, evidence collection. Knowledge of operational resilience: BCP/DR, patching, encryption. Familiarity with GRC platforms, dashboards, and reporting.
