📋 Description Lead, mentor, and manage a regional Supervising Clinician team. Recruit, hire, and develop BCBAs to deliver ABA therapy. Train Supervising Clinicians in program development and handle challenges. Conduct weekly one-on-one reviews of performance and client progress. Oversee quarterly assessments to ensure quality and consistency. Ensure appropriate case assignment and productivity standards. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree; BCBA Master’s; BACB certification. 2+ years working with children with autism; supervision/leadership. Crisis management experience preferred; strong communication skills. Experience with ABA software and platforms; tech proficiency. Knowledge of state/federal laws and Medicaid/Tricare programs; compliance. Valid driver's license with car insurance.
