📋 Description Oversee daily operations of centralized distribution: receiving, storage, inventory, shipments. Lead daily distribution ops across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments. Assign work to associates to ensure productivity, safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training for new associates. Improve performance by establishing KPIs and streamlining processes to reduce costs. Ensure orders are fulfilled on time. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in distribution mgmt; at least 2 years in leadership. Experience in high-volume or multi-location distribution environment. Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS). Associate's degree related to distribution preferred. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and direct activities of a team.
