Senior Product Manager

📋 Description Lead category strategy and multi-year roadmap for assigned products. Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing management. Collaborate with Innovation Manager to evaluate bigger-bet opportunities. Translate consumer insights into category decisions and priorities. Align with omni-channel strategies across touchpoints. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus. 5+ years product management experience in CPG, pet care, or manufacturing. Proven track record in product innovation and category growth. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
