Data Analyst

📋 Description Analyze operational and product data to identify trends and improvement areas. Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and alerts to inform decisions. Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to solve data challenges and improve performance. Define, monitor, and report KPIs and metrics aligned with objectives. Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations for all stakeholders. Apply analytics to evaluate performance and identify trends. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or BI. Strong SQL skills for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data. Hands-on dashboards with Tableau/Power BI/Alteryx or similar. Knowledge of statistical analysis: hypothesis testing, trend analysis, data interpretation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
