📋 Description Develop internal software and pipeline tools for the global VFX pipeline Lead and mentor junior TDs, guiding developers and aiding productions Resolve high-level pipeline issues and triage problems quickly Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions from requirements Stay flexible and adapt to project and facility needs Mentor staff on new tools and support existing tools 🎯 Requirements Excellent Python, PySide and PyQt skills Experience developing for Maya, Houdini, Nuke, or Unreal Experience with Shotgun, FileMaker, or MySQL databases Object-oriented programming Version control with GitLab Writing clear documentation for tools and scripts
