📋 Description Provides analytical support to customers on business apps, infrastructure and tech. Acts as a project team member on requirements definition and testing. Guides and coordinates on complex problems to ensure resolution. Assists customers on migrations to new or revised products, apps and platforms. Works with developers and operations to support production applications. Coordinates external audits for Medicare Advantage and PDP program audits. 🎯 Requirements 5 years project management experience Demonstrated ability to organize and lead high-risk projects Strong organizational skills Strong analytical skills Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred Knowledge of Medicare Advantage program
