📋 Description Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions Run skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis Complete weekly program writing and maintain the client's program book Collaborate with BCBA/BCABA to implement individualized treatment plans Collect data and graph data using Excel or behavioral software Maintain client confidentiality and well-being during treatment and emergencies 🎯 Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field; Master’s preferred At least 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and learning theories Ethics, laws, and regulations of interventions Bilingual applicants encouraged; proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
