📋 Description Lead and develop the MAITE Facility Management team. Ensure safe, reliable operation of production labs and cleanrooms. Manage environmental controls (temp, humidity, particulates). Plan facility improvements with AIT Eng, Production & Ops. Ensure ESD, safety, and facility certifications; lead audits. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Industrial or Mechanical Eng, or related. Minimum 5 years in facility/lab/ops in technical/high-reliability env. Strong understanding of ESD, cleanroom standards, environmental monitoring. Experience managing contractors, service providers, and infra projects. Hands-on, proactive, structured work style with strong organizational skills.
