📋 Description Perform scheduled diabetic eye exams (retinal screenings) at provider sites. Travel daily to provider practices and patient homes; imaging equipment provided. Support quality reporting and data abstraction across Medicare Advantage STAR, Commercial, Medicaid, MSSP. Serve as a quality improvement resource for internal teams, customers, providers, payers, and care teams. Educate patients on preventive care, assist scheduling, and support adherence. Manage daily eye exam schedule and travel logistics; mileage covered by the company. 🎯 Requirements Willing to travel up to 100% daily; full training provided. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Associate degree or higher in a related field. 1–3 years healthcare experience; data abstraction and payer familiarity preferred.
