📋 Description Lead day-to-day ops of clinical compliance auditors and specialists. Liaise with senior management; optimize company-wide processes. Coordinate orientation, training, and ongoing performance monitoring. Promote staff growth and education with leadership involvement. Oversee monthly UM data agenda/minutes for IPA UM Committee. Identify UM/PHM plan requirements; create auditing guidelines. 🎯 Requirements Registered Nurse with active IL license. 3-5 years leading UM/PHM plan and MSA changes. Experience in managed care with multiple clients. UM/PHM process experience in managed care. Proficient in medical terminology and criteria.
