Internship / stage Customer Service / Supply Chain

📋 Description Integrated into the customer service team; own projects and daily ops. Support day-to-day operations, including contacting customers about orders. Ensure OTIF deliveries of orders. Tackle issues via cross-functional initiatives. Use operational insights to propose improvements across the supply chain. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and external 3PL partners. 🎯 Requirements Enthusiastic student; internship must be part of your program; supply chain minded. Team player with strong communication and analytical skills. Proactive; own projects and deadlines; results-driven. Passionate about coffee/tea; interested in e-commerce, sustainability, B2B. Dutch and/or French speaking; fluent in English. Available for 5-6 months from Aug/Sep 2026.
