VFX Coordinator

📋 Description Support VFX Producers and Supervisors to keep projects organized. Serve as information hub to connect teams and balance needs. Organize reviews, dailies and desk rounds. Oversee data movement; ensure data is accurate and up-to-date. Execute client deliveries with QC; anticipate challenges. Track artists' progress to meet internal and external targets. 🎯 Requirements Must be a team player that thrives on problem solving. Maintain a positive, professional attitude under challenges. 2+ years as VFX PA or coordinator in features, TV or commercials. Experience with Shotgun and Filemaker Pro. Clear communicator with initiative. Full understanding of the VFX pipeline and workflows.
